At O My Bag Amsterdam, we want you to love your leather companion, which is why we offer a 60-day return period for all unused items in their original packaging. Whether you need a different color or a full refund, our sustainable return process is designed to be as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Bag

  Place the item in its original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the product is securely protected.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated carrier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days to your original payment method.
