What kind of leather does O My Bag use?
We use premium quality, vegetable-tanned leather that is produced in a safe and ethical environment. Our leather is chrome-free and ages beautifully over time, developing a unique patina.
How do I care for my leather bag?
To keep your bag in top condition, we recommend using a leather protector spray before first use. Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain and direct sunlight, and use a leather conditioner every few months to maintain suppleness.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer worldwide shipping from our warehouse in Amsterdam. Orders within the EU typically arrive within 2-5 business days, while international shipping may take 5-10 business days depending on the destination.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 28 days of delivery. The items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Are your products ethically made?
Sustainability and social responsibility are at our core. We work with small-scale producers in India, ensuring fair wages, safe working conditions, and equal opportunities for all workers in our supply chain.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We provide a 1-year warranty on all our bags and accessories. This covers manufacturing defects such as stitching, zippers, and hardware. It does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
